Updated with all of the changes from the experimental mod

  • added everything else from the plugin to this mod (phase 1 helmets, slipgate to other servers, place holder ATAT, Stormtrooper skins, nohelm skin, bandana skin)
  • added topor stun rocket for the xwing and tie fighter
  • added rocket switching while rockets are armed just press 'r', updated the flight manuals to reflect this change
  • hydrospanner craftable
