Finally killed the HUD message persisting
-added Kill primer console command added to help debug a persisting HUD message just in case
-"cheat ScriptCommand stark KillPrimer"

Repair kit should finally work

ELG FPV skeleton fixed, should no longer crash when attempting an animation

Repair requirements on the E11 and DH-17 have been modified to refined and raw materials

Droids should no longer be able to be picked up after death

airspeeder mesh should finally be fixed, the file was corrupted

Weapon Upgrade now only consumes crafting requirements and should upgrade stats properly

New Weap crafter code
-disassemble: breaks the weapon into its crafting components if full durability
-Attempt Upgrade: attempts to upgrade the quality of the weapon with a chance to fail and consume resources and a chance to break the weapon. Both percent chance increase the higher the quality of weapon you are trying to upgrade
-Modify: Coming Soon!

-fuel recharge fixed
-blaster bolt projectile speed increased
-credits added credit currency item
-Gas Veins now should spawn with a limit unless placed by an admin using the structure item. they spawn with random health and will deplete over time respawning until their limit is reached. adding a gas collector will increase depletion. added ini option to disable gas vein spawning

-added wipe tibanna gas veins and wipe probe droids to the debug menu

added DisableProbeDroid bool which will prevent spawning of probedroids. currently this will also prevent spawning from an item

-Hanger ignore water interaction on vehicles spawned below ground (testing)
