Updated to version 1.7

- Changed the unit cap in ground battles in GC to 1000 (previously: 5-10)
- Changed the unit cap in space battles in GC to 1000 (previously: 600)
- Changed the unit cap in space skirmish to 1000 (previously: 600)
- Added a new Splash picture

Plans for future:
- Increase the unit cap in ground skirmish from 100 to 1000
- New Maps
