Main change - Eldar early game: Rangers with unlock were moved to HQ, the very unlock's price is increased from 125-25 -30 s to 150-50-60s to make it in line with SMs' Arsenal.

All snipers toned down a bit - they felt a bit OP.

All scout units (both SM scouts, Eldar Rangers and Ranger Ronahn, Ork Da Kommando) are detectors now.

Tweaked (2x increased) all workers' repair speed.

Laccannon Devastators toned down a bit (not a bit, actually - roughly 2.5 times) - their damage was put in line with Predator Annihilator tank (they have the same 4 lascannons, after all)..

Sniper units (Scout Snipers, Eldar Rangers, Ranger Ronahn) buffed a bit in terms of their rate of fire and suppression. Suppression as such was made more severe thing (speed is lowered roughly 1.5 x as compared to original game). Plus cooldown was lowered drastically to make them as deadly as their real-life counterparts. Scout Snipers, besides it, were moved in time a bit - they require Arsenal now to be built.

Basic melee infantry (Slugga Boyz, Assault Marines, Howling Banshees) also were buffed a tad - they were felt as underwhelming before.
