Adds compatibility for latest Sunbeam version.

Updated to support latest Sunbeam version.

- Fixes dissapearing background after leaving / rejoining game or reloading UI through F5

Updated to work with latest version of Sunbeam

Changes the build target so that it works with either a 32 or 64bit Staxel client.

Updated the mod to use Sunbeam as a base, it can now run side by side any other of my mods without having issues.

Ensures that on a empty inventory the item value UI element does not get shown.
