-Castile -> Austria historical friendship (forgot to make it both ways before)
-England -> Scotland historical rivalry
-Removed Castile -> Granada historical rivalry, hopefully Granada won't be attacked in 1449 now
-Being ahead in miltech now gives 10% siege ability (fixed a typo, was spelled "seige_ability")
-Removed Ming_Decline defensiveness penalty, replaced with discipline hit though still totals 30% in the end
-Ming_Fall defensiveness penalty reduced to -50%, though it is increased to -100% after 1650
-Decline modifier now gives 5 unrest
-Removed some rivalries in Russia
-Manchu or Jianzhou can only be lucky if they own the province of Huncun, as in a test game an OPM revolter Manchu in Andong was stealing all of the juicy modifers
-"Seven Grievances" modifer (giving +100% liberty desire) has been integrated into Manchu_Conquest as their triggers are exactly the same
-Macaronesia area is now in the Maghreb region

Poland
-Poland is lucky until 1600
-AI is now more inclined to choose a PU with Lithuania (75 -> 90%)
-Choosing a local noble removes the historical friendship between Poland and Lithuania, for a more chaotic Eastern Europe
-The local noble option gives some monarch points and prestige however
-Removed all province requirements for forming the Commonwealth, though the two countries need to share a border
