-Added Bolt of Flames - does flame dmg for 10 seconds.
-Replaced Assassin's Chest to a new re-skinned one
-Increased contents of chest to get you started
-You should now be able to 'pick up' the projectile (ice spike/fireball/soul/paralize) so it disappears from NPCs (you still collect the bolt as usual but projectile disappears) this is mainly to avoid corpses littered with spikes/fireballs etc. If you fire at NPC -while alive, the projectile disappears anyway.
-Re-wrote/skinned the note you find.

Added more useful items to the hidden chest for those that actually succeed in finding it.

Assassins chest ID renamed from default to something appropriate, as it was conflicting with another mod. Credit goes to Biowolf2020(nexus) for spotting the mistake.

Added bolts: Soul sappin / Paralyse and Icebolt to chest. Increased amount of arrows in chest also.
