Fixed a bug where the character's head would become invisible after equipping character specific hat, then a different hat.

Added a config for what light based item is used to craft the Lightbulb.

Fixed the Lightbulb not emitting light in the base version of the game.
Tried a little harder on the bigportrait.
Added the missing image when viewing the crafting menu for the Lightbulb.
The Lightbulb now emits heat.
Lightbulb perish time and heat is now configurable.
Which character Niko sounds like is now configurable.

Fixed a crashing scenario with Niko's Hat.
Niko's hunger drain was at x2 for some reason. Nobody noticed?!
Made the mod work in the base version of the game. The lightbulb will not emit light, however.
