Update 0.1;

Added some more sounds, including deathscreams and a few game-start lines.

Fixed radial bug with negative commands also playing enemy-down lines.

Got rid of a few unused files, decreasing file-size by about 10 mb.

All voice categories have been fully replaced except for the following:
Need Ammo
All call-ins but artillery
Death screams
