*Updated for Unlocker+ 6 March Version.

-Add settlement of Bordelaux to Specials. Now its slot number changed 12 to 14.

-Elven Gates changed again and now they have 8 slots.

-one slots per every upgrades for all minor settlements (at old file all slots are opened at minors)

-wood elf cities new numbers of slots level 1-6 level 2-9 level 3-12 level 4-16 level 5- 20 (at old file its 6 6 6 16 20)

-fix the issue of enough open slots to added at previous update special settlements, now they have 14 open slots at level 5 not 12. (Quintex-TEB cities-Erengrad-Marienburg-Sartosa)

-Change Slot numbers cities of "quintex,magritta,myrmenders,akendorf,erengrad,marienburg" slots 12 to 14.

Fixed the issue of Tier 4 and Tier 5 settlements slot bug.
Fixed the issue of special's too many slots at level 3-4 (Only way to do it is give 3 more slots each level for special cities for 14 slots)
