Fire Prism Focused Beam damage type changed to True from Armor Piercing
Wraithguard Wraithcannon projectile now travels faster at speed 24 from 20 and takes 3.5 seconds to self destruct, from 2.875.

Fixed a fatal AI error. Added some new behaviour to some Eldar AI.

Reverted AI changes that were causing crashes. Reverted Shadow Spectre damage ramping buff.

Various AI Tweaks

Fixed a bug where the Eldar HQ had access to the Relocate ability if Turret Doctrine was equipped.
Fixed more typos for Scrap turrets - they should now die on death but hard to test myself.

Solaria "Melee" attack changed to True Damage from Armour Piercing
Solaria Heavy Flamer damage increased to 15 from 7
Dreadnought and Solaria flamers now apply a flame damage over time effect
