Added resources from CAP Black Hole Cache. Fixed up some random bits of the code here and there. Lowered the max volume of Cache and max output of OP Black Hole Cache to 2140000000. https://github.com/viral32111/black-hole-cache/commit/16db3b6224cfd051c9138bc457673e31bbb2ae1b
