Attempted to build a sound.cache for this, hopefully it will resolve problems w/ durations and premature ending!

- Updated the "Manuel - Gas Gas Gas" sound assets and video preview source again!

- Moved "Ken Blast - The Top" into my new second mod!
- Updated video sources and audio assets for Manuel - Gas Gas Gas, Fastway - Go Beat Crazy (Hyper Techno Version), and Speedy Speed Boy!
- Fixed Go Beat Crazy to its proper, full name.

I just realized the "concert songs" are just extra sounds for the jukebox, so I changed the orientation for The Top over as One Bad Tank.

I realized that neither of the songs in the concert folders nor jukebox are tied to Save Me Some Sugar, so I decided to rename it properly back to normal to instead replace the CONCERT version of Midnight Riding/Ride. Sorry!

Did some quick edits for real, hopefully this one works!

- Attempted to fix The Saints Will Never Come and Midnight Riding.
- Moved all songs for regular jukebox to -0.00dB for players to hear the songs properly.

Altered the song file names in an attempt to fix The Saints Will Never Come, removing the Save Me Sum Sugah replacer file until I can get it working. Some help would be appreciated!

Added new song "Ken Blast - The Top" to replace "Midnight Riding - Save Me Some Sugah"!
