Added scrollbar functionality to policy slot list for when the number of slots exceeds 5. (More likely in Gathering Storm with Future Governments)

Applied previous update effects to Base Game mod files. Now works when using Base or Rise and Fall expansion.

Added Real Modifier Analysis integration from Infixo's Better Report Screen.

While the mod Better Report Screen is enabled Alternate Policy Screen will show the effects of enabling each policy in the policy description.

Special thanks to FearSunn for his work on integrating these two mods and of course to Infixo for his original work on Better Report Screen.

Fixed issue in German language where [NEWLINE] text tags were causing policy descriptions to overlap.

Extra long policies should also now truncate properly.
