v0.8.6 changes:
Add a conditional check before calling Activate() to try and reduce reported double (or triple) module activations while running in Infinite game modes.
Very little testing from my side here as I couldn't reproduce the informed issue - just trying a sensible code change to work around the suggested issue.

I think, this is a fix for the infinite loop issue when loading into Factory room.

- Mission name now appears properly on Factory-variant mission end screen (invoice page).
- Some other QoL changes to reduce spamminess in logs from Factory and change reflected method signature for invoice punches.

- Very briefly tested with latest Multiple Bombs, Bomb Creator, et. al, and seems to be working ok. If not, do let me know.
