- Miner Support correctly spawns the miners. My previous assumption was right - apparently my version control got a little hectic, and the fix that I provided for this issue previous was accidentally reverted.

- (Hopeful) fix for the tech rite issue. This will be fixed in the future by changing how these rites unlock, through a different condition.

- Fix for the silly \n\n text. I hope you guys miss it as much as I do

- Minor balance alteration for the Chaos Gods rite

UPDATE LIVE. This should fix a few bugs, the most prominent of which -

Storms of Chaos will no longer be active for any AI Chaos factions other than Archaon's, which should fix that awful amount of chaos corruption you've all been receiving ((Do note: it will take fove turns for the chaos corruption effects already there to go away, nothing I can really do about this atm unfortunately))

Steam Tanks are restricted by the AI until turn 30, and I've also turned down the AI weight so they won't spam it every opportunity they have

Event Feeds will now pop-up when AI factions use particular rites

Kraka Drak can now use the "Honor the Guilds" rite as the technology required was altered for them

The Rite of Dominance now spawns two Blood Knights instead of one

A couple of QoL fixes, including a fixed up "Gods of Chaos" dilemma with balanced effects, and altered text in a couple places
