Nerve HQ now provides +20% production when building miliaty units or constructing buildings in the capital, rather than providing +10% science, production and gold.

Eva now has the same strength as a GDR.

Added custom music.

Brave New World compatability added.

Eva base strength increased. Foreign territory penalty increased to 25%. Slightly stronger overall, paticularly when in friendly territory.

N2 cost reduced to bring it in line with the regular nuke. Was 10% more expensive previously.

Fixed mistake in the previous version where Tokyo-3's city name list wouldn't load due to a typo.

Re-balanced and simplified trait. Now provides +10% Science, Production and Gold which should make Gendo less of an early wonder hog.
Loss of the Capital results in a 33% Happiness penalty without a Research penalty. Simpler is better.

Fixed oversight which allowed other civs to build the N2 Mine's placeholder unit.

Fixed error with some city names and added more.

Extended Capital Defense Bonus to naval, air and recon units which were not previously covered.

Fixed oversight in which the Eva was not properly attributed AI behaviour, build flavour and promotions.

Overhaul of the Eva unit. Is now equal to the GDR in price and is 10% stronger, but suffers a -20% combat penalty outside of friendly territory.

Overhaul of the N2 Mine. Is now in line with the Nuclear Missle for price and is now an alternate unit which does not replace the Nuclear Missle.
