Spring update:

Changed the surrender limit to -10% on the first nuke.
With every nuke surrender limit changes by -10% up to -60%

(these two changes took a long time to program... relatively)

+ (Re)added that a country loses 10.000 manpower per nuke deployed on it.
+ Added a -33% Surrender Limit National Spirit to the nuked country (200 days, does not accumulate)

Removed that a country loses manpower as there is no way as far as I know to reduce a country’s actual manpower (only the maximum manpower but that doesn't affect the actual manpower in any way).
ALL OTHER NUKE MODS THAT CLAIM TO AFFECT THE MANPOWER WHEN A NUKE IS DEPLOYED USED THE SAME WAY TO EDIT THE MANPOWER, SO THESE MODS WILL ALSO NOT AFFECT THE ACTUAL MANPOWER IN ANY WAY. THEY WILL ONLY CAUSE INCOMPATIBILITIES WITH OTHER MODS!

Was removed to make the mod more compatible.
