Add back upgrade link for Xeno Preserve and Enchanced Betharian Power Planet.

Remove Xeno Preserve and Enchanced Betharian Power Plant due to loop bug for now.
I am unsure how to fix it. I suspect that the issue is on Autobuild mod.
