Seal of Blood adjusted. Its penalties are slightly less, and it now provides +5 acc. Some people mentioned that, although the perks per bleeding are nice, it was too harsh to use. It should still be harsh, but more accessible now.

Hammer of Justice was supposed to have a debuff reducing Stun Chance by 100%. That should be active now. This lessens the spammable nature.

I might remove the 3 time limit and extend the CD simply to keep the WoW spirit. We'll see.

Healing procs are a flat 3 additional health at all ranks.

This feels like the best way to balance it so far. The healing progression will come from the base ability.

Divine Storm no longer has healing procs. Only Judgment and Crusader Strike do, now.

Locket & Hope changed.

Their resolve bonuses have both been reduced by 10.

The Locket now has additional buffs when virtued. 15% damage.

Facts to know: Holy Light heals for 6 at rank 5 baseline.

1) Zeal changed. The Divine Storm damage buff is now 50% per stack. The healing is an additive 25% of the base Holy Light value. Divine Storm provides additional 35% extra healing per hit, encouraging healers to stay in melee for a greater healing bonus.

I need feedback on the interaction with these. Since the Paladin has lower base damage than the martial characters (Hellion, Crusader, Leper, Abom feral state), AND a -50% modifier reducing all damage bonuses, I think 50% is fine. I need to know your thoughts, though.

2) Hand of Freedom nerfed. Removed stun immunity and speed buff.

3) Sacred Shield has been changed. I've changed it and added some stuff-- it's again bloated, but that's because I want people to test it and inform me what fits better. I'd like it to function as a means of interactive heal buffing with Holy Light.

Leaning towards just Aegis + Cure and maybe healing received buffed.

4) Experiment: Hand of Justice can stun 2 targets, but it can only be used reliably every 3 turns.

5) Seal of Justice now only gives 50% reflection. It also increases damage received by 50%.

6) Like Seal of Justice, Eye for an Eye gives 25% reflection and increases damage taken by 25%.

7) Avenging Wrath bonuses gone.
