Appearance

  • Replaced the original hands with c_hands.
  • Improved the GUIs on the weapons and the screen overlays when zooming in.
  • Improved particle effects.
  • Improved fonts.
  • Sounds have close and long range variants.
  • The Hyperblaster's glow effect now scales with the ammo in the battery.
  • The Lightning Gun now hums in multiplayer.
  • Replaced all remaining assets from Doom 3.
  • Fixed the Machine Gun and Blaster flashlight animation not playing in multiplayer.

Gameplay
  • Fixed the double magazine nailguns not reloading properly when low on reserve ammo.
  • The Blaster pistol now charges like in the original game.
  • The gauntlet's code was simplified and the weapon is now more similar to it's original counterpart.
  • Rockets and nails have smoother trajectories when guided.
  • The Dark Matter Gun now has more consistent effects on servers with unusual tick rates. The weapon also has a slightly longer delay before reloading.
  • The Railgun's over-penetration modifier now properly goes through enemies instead of just damaging the first one in line more.
  • Grenades bounce in more predictable paths.
  • Fixed some internal timers breaking when other players use them too.
