Oh yeah, Nerfed the ability to shoot while cloaked, because:
According to memory Alpha the reman warbird scimitar was the only ship to hold advance cloaking abilities to allow shields and weapon fire while being cloaked. The Scimitar Warbird VS Enterprise-E
