added the skill needed to craft cross and kings pearl weapons to the smith name only works if you build a new one

fixed lost tech arms

updated most of the armor no idea if it is unblanced as i havent been playing the game

took out the headquesters building as there is a mod that already does it

elite samurai armor added to crafting list in heavy armor bench

IMPORTANT! take your robotic parts out of the robotics storage box before you import i have added new storage boxes for skeleton muscles, press, robotic components and motors.
