Removing right fender will now remove front bumper to help with dismount issue clipping with suspension

May need Steam restart to get update

Fix for missing right wing mirror may need to restart steam to get the update

For manual mod installers open parts.txt and change 2 to a 3

Front fender blanks size increased so it is easier to remove them - they are made of glass to so they are see through
