Changed bhop textures because they looked like shi...they weren't as good as I would like them to be.
Added 3D skybox 'cause I like fancy stuff.
Adjusted size of few neons.
Extended hole slightly.

Removed trigger_bhop_teleport entities of invisible blocks for hard courses.
