-Re-Increased Summon Despawn Time To 5 Hours(in-game time)
-Reduced Flaming Skull Debuff Duration (from 50m to 10m)
-Reduced Flaming Skull Debuff Trigger Time (from 10m to 2m)
--This still causes 100 damage, just at a faster rate
-Added Custom "Weapons" To All Necromancer Summons
-Reworked Necromancer Flaming Skull Ability To Allow For Level 6 Upgrade
