- replaced skill "Gutter Fighter" with "Bottomless Quiver"
- replaced skill "Bloody Blade" with "Piercing Shots"
- Skill: Master Assassin: replaced melee attack (+5) with missile damage (+3%)

Skink Scribe skill tree:
- Skill (Builder 2): Infrastructure: construction time infra on level 3 now province wide (from region)
- Skill (Builder 4): Military: added province wide effect (construction time military) to level 3
- Skill (Builder 5): Ports: removed factionwide untainted buff & fixed untainted buff on level 3
- Skill (Builder 6): Architect: both effects now province wide (from region)
- Skill (Builder 7): Temples: added effect "siege holdout time" +2 for local armies; construction time buff now province wide (from region)
- Skill (Builder 8): High Temples: construction time for star chambers on level 3 now province wide (from region)
- Skill (Builder 9): added effect "casualties captures post-battle" for local armies to level 2 & 3
- Skill (Builder 10): Master Architect: both effects now province wide (from region)
- SKill (Diplomat 3): Dwarves: fixed effect scope of untainted buff (character_to_character_own)
- Skill (Diplomat 4): Human Empires: public order debuff when breaking a treaty reduced by 2 on each level
- Skill (Diplomat 7): Hordes: factionwide morale buff vs raiding armies to 4 (from 8) & fixed progression
- Skill (War 1): Military Adjutant: added +6 morale for character
- Skill (War 2): Skinks: reduced public order buff to 1 per level
- Skill (War 3): Supply Lines: replaced "resistance to foreign occupation" with "ammo when under siege"
- Skill (War 5): No Prisoners: enemy siege holdout time from "factionwide" to "hero's army"
- Skill (War 6): Military Advisor: removed 2nd level and bound all effects to level 1; wound recovery time to -2 (from -3)
- Skill (War 8): effect scope of level 3's reduction for defence buildings to province (from region)
- Skill (War 9): Siege Defender: balanced out progression over levels & added resistance to siege attrittion to level 3

Other:
- Spell: Aura of protection to id 38051047 (old id conflicted with "shields up")
- Innate skill: Humble Helper: agent action cost -8 (from -10) and province growth to 8 (from 10)
