BIOLOGY >> SEPULCHRE
- Added Summon Skeleton and Summon Archers as viable spells for combination with this spell. You must first convert this spell scrolls at the Transmutation Vendor and also have the Sepulchre skill active to use the ramped-up versions of these skills.
- Keep in mind that while they are powerful, the downside of Sepulchre is losing your Charge Bar bonuses entirely. (This may not be an issue, though, if you were mostly ignoring the charge bar anyway and letting summons take care of things).
- There are a lot of files involved in this particular spell. Please report any issues with crashes, spells not working, or spells not converting correctly, not summoning the right thing, etc.

PHYSICS >> ATOMIC BLESSING
- Completely redesigned
- Now grants a bonus to Percent Melee Damage as long as Electric Halo's absorb shield is active
- No longer heals the player. The heal was too difficult to balance. The powers that used to proc this effect have been reconfigured, as described below.

ASTRONOMY >> HEAVEN'S GATE
- This power now heals the caster on its own (without requiring ranks in Atomic Blessing)
- From level 1 on, it heals 35% HP
- Each additional level adds a flat bonus amount of HP in addition to this
- It is set up this way in order not to turn maxing Heaven's Gate into an absolute priority for all builds

PHYSICS >> HOLY VECTOR
- This power now heals the user for 10% of Max HP + a flat amount which increases with each rank in the skill
- No longer procs Atomic Blessing

PHYSICS >> MAGNETIC SERMON
- This power now heals the user for 10% of Max HP + a flat amount which increases with each rank in the skill

PHYSICS >> ELECTRIC HALO
- Reduced the absorption capacity of the absorb buff by approx 15%.

- Allows you to cast altered versions of Summon scrolls
- To use it, first take the scroll to the Transmutation vendor and alter it
- Currently only functions with Summon Nether Imps
- The summon duration of summons is permanent
- Reduces cooldown of the summon from 45 seconds to 3 seconds
- While Sepulchre is active, your charge bar does not grant Divine Intervention nor does it deflect missiles
- Casting Dispell Auras dismisses Sepluchre and restores any benefits from the charge bar

PHYSICS >> HOLY VECTOR
- Modified the attack portion of this spell so it at least be more likely to hit the original target if the player turns away from the monster after slamming into them

PHYSICS >> ELECTRIC HALO
- Borrowed the effect/sound from Engineer shields to better announce when the absorb shield collapses

PHYSICS >> ATOMIC BLESSING
- You may notice some strange behavior from this power while I go through the process of converting it to its new effect

- The resistance bonus in this power has been lowered from 2 second duration to 1
- The resistance bonus scales with level, capping at 30%, instead of starting at 30% at level 1

ASTRONOMY >> MICROCOSM
- Projectiles summoned by Microcosm should now vanish when the spell ends
- The tier 2 bonus (explosion on enemy death) is now live. Note that the Microcosm's sun itself has to land the killing blow to make this work due to some internal limitations I'm unable to get past at this time (the alternative is having the explosion kill the player).

PHYSICS >> ATOMIC BLESSING
- Changed the curve of HP restored by this power. It now heals for significantly less at lower ranks than it did previously.
-This power no longer grants Charge.

ASTRONOMY >> NOVA
- Skill is slightly more reactive than previously in terms of the lag time between launch and the first appearance of hail

ASTRONOMY >> SEQUESTER
- This skill now provides a 2% damage bonus to all damage for each rank
- You temporarily lose all of this bonus if an enemy is within the field (not just half of it, like with Resistance)

PHYSICS >> GODSPEED
- As a temporary work around, removed this spell's UI symbol from appearing in the player's buff list when the spell activates. The reason for this is the spell is now coded to ALWAYS activate, even if you have zero ranks (you just get zero benefit). Had to make a decision between always showing or never showing and went with never. This may not stay this way forever if I can find a better fix for this skill.

ASTRONOMY >> NOVA
- No longer has a chance to cause Poison or Burn. Neither of these were really functioning anyway, and the amount of work it would take to make them function is prohibitive.
- Fixed an oversight that caused Nova to drop comets and asteroids at double the rate anticipated originating from the releases that added "hail" damage to the skill
- Sped up the time between launching the spell and the appearance of hail
- Fixed a bug that caused the Physical damage done by the hail portion of the power not to function
- Changed the tier 3 bonus from "extra range" to "initial animation casts faster" because TL2 does not enforce range on Position based spells

PHYSICS >> GODSPEED
- Confirmed that this skill is broken. It only triggers once per area. I have no idea why at this time nor an ETA on a fix. Fingers crossed that this issue doesn't prompt a skill redesign. I am fairly positive this skill used to work and have zero ideas why it no longer does, other than the fact that TL2 does not handle conditional stats well at all.
- Fixed a bug with this skill reward 2 points for each 1 point expended during respecs


ASTRONOMY >> STAR SMITE
- Filled it out and remove the "test spell" marker
- The tier 1 bonus really should cancel when Star Smite finishes. It doesn't right now due to a MASSIVE amount of rework involved in making it do that. So enjoy the extra gold for 8 seconds for now.
- This skill now adds damage, not cast speed. Not all of the channeled spells benefitted from Cast Speed (eg Nova and Litany of Quills)


FAVORS >> SEQUESTER
- Updated the T2 and T3 descriptions to what this skill actually does

Updated the Favors tab with more info about certain skills and about the various powers that can fire within Divine Intervention. Numerous edits still need to happen to make the numbers shown in the panel be correct under all conditions, but it's a start.
