Minor tweak

- "Collective" axis actually controls the rotors collective input now (engine speed is more or less constant; and adjusted automatically depending on current speed). This also makes it sound a lot more realistic.
- "Keep Altitude" is now implemented with a PID controller which makes it slightly more precise.
- Minor color glitch fixed

Added buttons (behind the pilot seats) to switch control axes in order to customize the control scheme.
