Necromancers:

Their usage of Sustain nerfed hard, it is now chance based like priestss: It's a 5% to 10% to 15% chance (based on the tier of the Necromancer) Sustain will proc for them.

Aura of the Dead: no longer procs during "interruption" phases (e.g Overwatch and what not), plus bumped it lower in priority, so this should lessen the chance of causing a hang because the game's trying to process a billion different things happening at the same time.

Standardized health for normal Cultist enemies (this should also let them be properly affected by Second Wave options that globally adjust enemy health)

The Lost are no longer eligible to become Psi Zombies from relevant Cultist abilities. (Partially for balance, partially for performance reasons)

Added Jariah boss unit
- high ranking Templar in abilities
- has Invert + Sustain
- Psionic Leech - grants Jariah additional health on sustain via using the psionic energies of nearby cultists and the planet. Strongly advised to eliminate nearby visible enemies before trying to eliminate Jariah to limit how much health she can gain back.


Added Psyker Gauntlets as a reward for defeating Jariah
- does damage in between mag and beam
- grants an additional +10 dodge, +2 mobility, and +2 damage with templar blades for each level of FOcus a templar has, in addition to the base Focus bonuses
- in exchange, the gauntlets drain 1 will per turn, and make the Templar susceptible to becoming Tired or Shaken mid-mission, meaning they can be suddenly exposed to more severe panic symptoms during a mission.

Updated with a better, programatic detection of incompatible sitreps.

Specifically, the mod now checks the templates of the other sitreps on a mission: this way if a sitrep from a mod released later lists a particular raider faction as an incompatible sitrep, this mod won't proc if it comes afterwards. This way I don't need to keep constantly updating this mod for reported incompatibilities.

Updated to have Rogue Xcom as incompatible with Cultists when the game checks how to spawn a sitrep.

Templar voicepacks are now used for Fallen Templars and Necromancers.

Undying Will of Master Necromancers should now obey LOS rules: they should only kill civilians within sight with their death now.

Cultists should be less likely to target objectives or VIPs.
