Fixed an issue where extreme factions could remove bans of vanilla factions.

Added five new extreme factions - three corporations and two trade leagues.

Improved the Expand Trade Opportunities edict so that potential trade partners who do not yet have the Interplanetary Trade Initiatives tech will be given it.

Trade Guild now unlocks two new empire edicts:

Procure Imports
You bid for import routes to be established by neighbouring trade partners to your worlds. This increases the chances of trade partners establishing export routes to your worlds.

Expand Trade Opportunities
Planets in neighbouring empires with the necessary tech will have increased chances of constructing planet-based trade buildings, thus potentially making more trade routes available.

Trade route management has been re-coded in the mod, in order to better track more accurately which routes originate from whom.

Foreign exports are now divided into three types - basic goods, luxury goods and guild goods. Opinion modifiers are tracked separately for each type of route.

You now need 1x Trade Goods to establish basic goods exports, and 1x Trade Goods and 1x Luxuries in order to establish luxury goods exports. This will be reflected in yor SR stock. Foreign imports now reward Wealth.

You will also be refunded Influence for each planet that has export routes closed by this annoying but necessary reset, since you are going to have to open them all again. Sorry.
