more vamp fixes

• My edited Mannfred face now shows again
• Stern using the right head spec map now
• Made Tithe zombies have more variations. Now 1/3 of them have blood stained bodies from my previous version and only use the vanilla-Tithe leather trousers to go with the same theme as the other clothes. Added a chance the head brace doesn't show on some.

Only Vamp Count changes this update.

Cairn Wraiths changed to have the red shine from previous version also now with the tinted bones of the more recent version.

Reavers have legs again.

Some changes to the GG armour to look better but with same theme.

Sterns heads changed plus other fixes and tweaks.

Removed any Wight King edits I'd made.
