fixed overlapping/merged audio bug that occured for players that joined mid-match.

every looping sound except for the credits room & wolfenstein room will be reloaded upon every new match to prevent overlaps/merging of ambient_generics.

this means the map will be mostly silent for the duration of the round after a player has joined in the middle of the round.

after a new round has begun, the map will continue to work as 100% intended.

fixed more teleporter trap bugs & a minor visual issue with several crates near the capture area.

fixed an issue mainly concerning engineers being able to spawntrap their teammates.
