CHANGELOG 7/MAY/2018

Last changelog for a while. Added sounds to the vaseline AltFire from those that exist already because it became very annoying having the one sound people can't potentially spam all the time. Basically AltFire functions the same and PrimaryFire. The floppydisc monologue for AltFire is kept for the glitch as their version of philosophy pie.
