Whats NEW in version 2.0 ??? Its a massive re-write, see below.

If you have older batteries and rovers in your save game and you get this update, it is highly recommended to salvage the legacy batteries and rovers and rebuild them.
New features only take effect on new code.

  • New uniform code, more compatible with all classes and less susceptible to new game patches, other peoples mods or changes to any of my other mods that share this code.
  • Missile Batteries and Mobile Missile Rovers now shoot Enemies, Meteors and Dust Devils.
  • Patriot Rovers have a new distinguishing HUD Icon**
  • Patriot Rovers now deploy one hex away from first Missile Defense Battery. No need to stay zoomed in or wait.
  • Patriot Rover move 2.5x faster than enemy rovers, to chase them down.
  • All destroyed rovers (even regular rovers, transports and explorers) Show a Destroyed Overlay HUD Icon if destroyed by an enemy and cant be rebuilt.
  • Auto detect save game and sets Legacy Code Options with persistence if legacy items detected. See notes on Whats New/Legacy Mode here -=> Notes
  • Auto detects save game with Missile Battery and rovers built.
  • Persistently keeps all Mod Config settings in save game. (Except Marsgate Detection). New games start with Legacy Code off and mod defaults.
  • Dynamically changing Patriot Rover count in Mod Config to more rovers automatically gives you the ability to build more on next Missile Battery Build (Up to maximum).
  • Added a settable polling delay to lower the CPU load from the targeting system. Helps with slow CPU's and big colonies.
  • New Mod Config options
  • Legacy code playable - Have older rovers or the previous PMS? You can run legacy code until you update.
  • Spawn an enemy on command from Mod Config Menu - Great for testing defenses.
  • Fixed - can now get more rovers up to max rovers if you salvaged existing ones.**
  • Fixed - Missile Battery now shoots at enemy rovers**
  • Fixed - Dome Collision, no more spawning rovers inside a dome**
  • Fixed - Blue Ring protection zone on rover not being dismissed.**
  • Interacts with Game Rules - Attack The Colony**
