Toned ice axe down just a little bit, it seemed a bit too powerful on a charged ice berserker for instance. It also doesn't generate charge anymore, but damage is still significant(especially on ice bers.)

- Doubled pet cooldowns on boss spells(except summon spells which already were tripled)

- Toned Bouldersmash down to 75% weapon dps from 80%, increased player cooldown to 9 seconds from 8.
