Made changes how planets gain resources. Each Planets production is based on population total. I used Earth as a primary basing on the current world population then used Planet Trinity as the beginning of the formula. I rounded up on the planets population and materials. All these numbers are based on my Econ Mod.

Command Points should now be at max 100,000. I changed Planets so they give 3000 command points while Military Starbases give only 1000. I removed the 2000 command points from HQ. I see planets as major assets to hold. Command Points I see as available personel that can be assigned to ship duty. Military Starbases are more elite training as they can teach things that planets can not.

All planets have a measured amount of credits and materials generation. If a planet had a high number of a certain material they gained the highest increase. The following is their bonuses that I assigned:

Ore, Gas and Materials can be 450, 765 and 1080.
Credits can be 1650, 3060 and 5195.

I firmly believe a planet should be able to stand on its own. But should not be able to engage in large scale conflicts. I also changed the following stations:

Tradeports now generate 50,000 Credits, instead of 15,000. It only makes sense if we can do trade runs that make several million, our empires should be using tariffs and taxes on trade.

Mining Stations now increase Gas and Ore collection by 10% instead of 5%. I know in the end game those numbers will be huge with a max of a 80% increase but your a power Empire. You should be turning out high amount of resources.

Research Stations now give a 3 to 6 percent bonus to Ship Build times. This will mean ships will be building at 54% to 108% Build time when all are captured.

Nyarhi, Orphiel Refinery, and Xocarro bonus has been increased to 720.

Edea Robotics has been decreased to 12% from 20%. This is make a final total of ship build speed to be at 120% when all rearch stations are captured.
