Memory blocks now save their state when closing the world!

Also, I found that Power Combiners lose all but one connection when loaded from a blueprint. This is due to a Scrap Mechanic bug, I cannot help this.

- Updated the icon for the memory bit. It's looks like a switch in a phone GUI. When the memory bit is on, the switch icon turns on too.
- Remote Receivers can now be connected to engines and thrusters

This updates adds a 1 tick delay to the Remote Connection Receiver block, so that when multiple senders of the same color are turned on, and one gets turned off, the receivers don't turn off for a tick.
