v6.9 - finnaly i think i've got it FINNALY; changed recoil, damage fall off and increased vol a little OH AND tweeked audio alighnment

-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA did i fix it yet reeeeeee

if it uploaded then i fixed the bug where running would not properly display the sprint animation, and ive also buffed damage to 33.9 from 33.3 to make it a 3 shot from longer.
