This was part 2 of my boss/group difficulty changes. This adjusts the damage that monsters do. This was to help with the issue of bosses being strait up hit point bags. In addition to bosses, this touches creatures in the snow area in a first attempt to make that area more group based.

I now have creatures setup in catagories of Group Boss Hard/Medium/Standard and Group Basepop Hard/Medium/Standard. This should give more of variation of difficulty based on what the creature.

In addition, I've taken the liberty to rename some bosses since they were so generic. Some names were pulled from EverQuest.

Increased the hit points on bosses to after testing to help bring this in line for 2-4 players between levels 50-60.
