small fixes

- adjusted the clone pauldrons to fit better
- add barc helmet
- add p1.5 helmet
- add p2 pilot helmet
- all helmets now how built in NVG at least
- remove night vision attachments
- all attachments is now determined with hiddenselections to ensure everything works on the helmet
- updated the clone vests to add pauldrons, leg pouches, arc plates, and officer pauldrons hiddenselections for more customization
- moved the tfar compatible backpacks to kobra main. It will be compatible with stable and beta tfar (dependency isn't needed)*
- move jump pack compatible backpacks to to kobra main (dependency isn't needed)*

*I have realized I'm creating too many side mods to the main build so I'm removing the other versions and bring them back to the main build. The dependency won't be set to the mod but if you want them to work, you will need to run the mod. Combatible mods will be listed in the workshop page if you want the full experience. Possible that the missions could break. Please reference how to merge your old mission to new missions to fix this issue.

442_ships:
- added part of the new acclamator, solid and zeus version
- zeus version has a closed and open version
- the solid version exterior can't be walked on. Only the interior will be walkable. (Only the exterior is made so far.
- There will be 3 versions of the solid acclamator, normal, lite, and lite-r. This is ensure something is made for everyone to enjoy the ship.
442_a_vehicle:
- the laat now has the impulsor from legion
442_core:
- changed all of the props for kobra to be kobra props, hopefully this helps with zeus enhanced
442_units:
- with the help from (blade), we were able to get the uniform remade and cut down on the poly count.
- redid all of the unit textures to unify and have the same design
- add the arf helmet
- the arf visor (or brim) can be changed out and it will act as your nvg (still needs to be done)
- unified the helmet hiddenselection structure to mainly be done in helmet and visor so it should look like "hiddenselection[] = {"helmet","visor"};" for the majority of the helmets.
- updated p1, p1 pilot, p2, p1 arf, and arf textures to use just one texture to cut down on the size of the mod
- added visor down tech helmet as requested (you will see the visor in this version)
- fixed some shadow issues with wrecker's helmet
- add some lore unit and character designs (p1 helmet)
- replaced the kama model with the clone vest model
- clone vest model has 6 spots with 5 different pouches and both left and right kama for you to mix and match your belt layout how you see fit. More to come in the future.
- add p1 and p2 macro visors as a standard nvg for clones
442_equipment
- added huge and medium backpack varients
- fix the texture for medic bag with pouches
- fix the name of the eod backpack
- rebalance the backpack's carrying capacity
- moved all vests to 442_units
- added p1 visors
- added p2 visors
- added arf visors
known issues:
- p2 Marshal Commander Visor plates are too small, will enlarge them in a later update

migrated the jumppacks and radios to their own seperate mods

- added ray fence set
- added a new barrel type
- added box 3
- removed the old impulsor and repulsor script and replaced it with the legion impulse script. If you arent running legion studios, you won't have the ability to impulse and repulse.
- readded the back ramp
- added republic ship pipes
- fixed the right rocket to come out the correct tube
- replaced the chaff for flares countermeasures
- added first set of fob walls

- add damage states to all vehicles
- redid the memory points for the armed laat so it like the airborne laat
- laats now have landing gear and it is tied to the side doors
- removed the back ramp animation of the laat since it isn't needed
- added the porg

- added tablock to the laat and hmp as requested
- changed the bullet impact sound so it shouldn't sound like another gun is shooting where the bullet would impact
- changed the icon for the impact and thermal grenades to use the vanilla icon till I can figure out what is going on for a weird bug
- did some changes to the core so now it should be more zeus enhanced friendly

fix the scout uniform to be retexturable
added some designs for the scout uniform, helmet and pouches made by Dukas and Rush
