Sirens are louder (sorry for the buzz, but its the best I can do unless I can make them louder with lua if Luna adds it to the base), Lights, Flashing lights for when sirens on, and collision models!!! Battle Bus peice that holds the flame for the balloon is also apart of it so it will collide with objects. Schoolbus does not have it as it doesnt need it.
