-same speed for ACT_VM_RELOAD_LAYER and ACT_VM_RELOAD
-removed "subtract a_idle_1 0 delta" command from reload sequences

-fixed freezed animation after the reload and melee.
-reduced reloading speed from 34 to 30 fps.
-added sounds timing into ACT_VM_RELOAD.
(was already there in ACT_VM_RELOAD_LAYER)
-more shootings variation.
