- Deactivated print statements
- fixed issue with one of the decisions not being enactable when requirements were met
- added MCIS info to show Food and Production bonus
- made some minor changed to the leader flavours
- rewrote the UB specialist code such that specialist are added/updated on turns when population is divisible by 6
- optimized the UB code that checks for Trade Units on Farms
- changed artdefine from asian to middleeastern
