Final Optimization Update for the anniversary of Trenchstalemate

[Additions]
+Added Thumbnail
+Better Optimization

[Tweaks]
-Removed some rarely seen props / weapons to increase performance

Additions:
+Added shipping containers to the surface for better cover
+Added 2nd sniper tower to surface
+Added new walls to surface
+Added much more detail to surface
+Added skybox fog
+Added an env_sun

Tweaks:
-Increased lightmap resolution by up to 4x in some locations
-Reworked Sniper Towers to look better, and have twice the height
-Reverted env_soundscape
-Reduced bloom on map (now snow won't be as blinding)
-Reduced radius of mortars

Fixes:
-Fixed alignment of roof texture

Disclaimer: This build of the map may / will have worse performance than the previous one, due to a fast VVis compile.

Replaced fence brush with proper fence models. Fixed some texture stretching.
