So I changed the Gamemode to hostage to see wheather or not it suits the map better, as the CT side of the Map has somewhat of a lack of architecture.
I also did some Detailing and fixed a few minor things, while crippeling the Framerate in the Process.
The next Update will probably incude some more Optimization and minor tweaks.

-took out the currently untextured part of the map at the old T-Spawn, to reintroduce it later
-moved the T-Spawn near yellow Building
-changed lighting to a more dry tone to fit the setting more
-adjusted the sun angle
-fixed displacement errors near store and yellow building
-added vents the roof of store, for additional cover
-added an inside of store, currently just used as a passageway
-added a ladder from the street to balcony
-added a connection directly to the roof of store from the yellow building near the new T-Spawn
