Exsanguinate cooldown debuff will now clear at the end of each battle

Update: 25 Dec, 2018 @ 9:24am

Merry Christmas patch! Still working on Suffer in particular so let me know if you have any ideas about that one. The sweet spot I'm trying to hit is for it to be viable to power up Endure for full-support builds and Exsanguinate for frontline builds.

- Fixed incorrect tooltip on Exsanguinate
- Increased Suffer stress healing from 8/9/10/11/12 to 12/13/15/16/18
- Suffer now also buffs SPD by 2/2/3/3/4
- Increased the amount of cards to match Vestal & Occultist

Copied English strings to other languages to prevent blue strings

Completely re-reworked from the ground up

- Redeem & Endure combined into new Redeem
- Stress-stealing vanilla Endure added back in
- Heightened deathblow resist & death effect added back in (for meme purposes)
- All other resistances reduced to minimal levels
- Rain of Sorrows is now a 432 to 234 mid-damage bleed that increases in strength with more stress
- Now gains +25% DMG and -25% stress at <40% and <20% HP
- Suffer reworked into a self damage/stress heal that also mimics low health buffs
- Exsanguinate no longer bleeds or “charges up” with Punish, now deals full damage and gains double DMG from +DMG bonuses (similar self healing and cooldown as before)
- and more small tweaks...

The previous version didn’t really know what it was and was kind of muddy as a result, with healing spread across 4 skills and a 5th if you wanted to charge up Exsanguinate. I think the new design is much more coherent and fun to play with. You can go frontline bleed/healer, steal stress and use it to power up big Rain of Sorrows, or go pure utility heal/stress heal; and you’re rewarded for being low HP or stressed in a way that feels like a risky tradeoff instead of simply insta-healing back to full.

Let me know what you think!
