-fuel recharge fixed
-blaster bolt projectile speed increased
-credits added credit currency item
-Gas Veins now should spawn with a limit unless placed by an admin using the structure item. they spawn with random health and will deplete over time respawning until their limit is reached. adding a gas collector will increase depletion. added ini option to disable gas vein spawning

DisableGasSpawn bool
TibGasVeinLimit int default is 200

-added wipe tibanna gas veins and wipe probe droids to the debug menu

added DisableProbeDroid bool which will prevent spawning of probedroids. currently this will also prevent spawning from an item

-changed SW rocket launcher damage and damage type
-Hanger ignore water interaction on vehicles spawned below ground (testing)

-reduced power source crafting cost

- you should be able to pickup R2 and recieve his associated item

-hydrospanner now heals vehicles as it should, will add hack ability in the future

fixed more replication issues on the locking system, and repaired the current vehicle configuration system. I will be working on a totaly new config system soon.

fixed the emergency fuel recharger, it should now break after use on a fuel cell.

changed the tibanna gas vein to a structure so it doesn't get wiped with a dino wipe.

revamped astro droid targeting system for ships to be more efficient and flexible for future upgrade system

dh17 scope should now be craftable in the weapon crafter

a number of icon, description, crafting inventory, and crafting requirement fixes
added tibanna gas cartridge to the refinery note
vehicle code improvements
added emergency fuel recharge
added ini option to permenantly hide the menu HUD message
total item fuel system overhauled for client performance
as a result the ships now can see the fuel cell without having to open the inventory first!
Fuel recharger may need some more work
added test fuel cell that only holds 50 for fast depletion for testing
