Deleted start bows/torus

on bored to depresion track
added some more little ramp jumps
to cause a bit more chaos.

Finaly the game is released and we get
Hopfully , no more texture changes
so we made some effort to re-release our
Suicide alley tracks again.
Track graphics not perfect (yet)
Pitcam , and replay cams not working (yet)
Fun Factor 100% working :)
