Loot changed from 50/50 chance for a trinket per fallen hero to 1/3 chance.

Small bug fixes.
Added localization for a few missing monster variant names (Occultist, Vestal & Plague Doctor).
Fixed Vestal's AI not always finding a valid target, causing a skill to not be used properly.
